Mechanical Technician (F/M) – ref. no. MO/1/2019
Tecnam Maintenance Organization (Part 145) is seeking Mechanical Technicians (EASA AML Cat.B1.2/B2/B3) Male/Female
This positions, reporting to Maintenance Manager, involve:
Complete scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repairs, testing, inspections and installations of aircraft structures/components;
Complete required paperwork, certifications and releases for work completed to meet airworthiness standards;
Investigate aircraft system deficiencies and faults and perform Troubleshooting
Comply with all safety regulations;
Ensure all parts and assembly meet requirements in accordance with approved data
Support the company’s programs, such as FOD, health & safety and continuous improvement;
Maintain neat and orderly work area;
For this position the following skills and background are required:
- AML Cat.B1.2/B2/B3
- Familiar with all functions of components and systems for installation;
- Possess mechanical aptitude;
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment;
- Possess skill in close tolerance work, e.g. drilling, reaming, ship fitting parts, etc.;
- Thorough knowledge in the use of multiple measuring devices with ability to use within specified tolerance;
- Possess manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination;
- Management skills together with flexibility for multi-tasking;
- English knowledge;
- Capable to work with little or no direct supervision;
- Good communication skills;
- Basic computer skills are desirable;
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
Previous experience in general aviation maintenance considered an asset.
