| Hungary’s Air Global today was appointed Tecnam’s 50th dealer. Located at Kecsked Airfield, near Budapest, Air Global has celebrated their appointment with the announcement of the first orders for the Tecnam P2006T next-generation twin in Hungary. Led by CEO András Schneider, Air Global is committed to bringing the very affordable range of Tecnam aeroplanes to the Hungarian market. Air Global will use its exclusive link to Tecnam to establish both a new Hungarian Flight Training Academy and an Air-Taxi service. "The potential for growth in Hungarian General Aviation market demands a dedicated Tecnam dealer. We are very proud to be selected by Tecnam to be the exclusive dealer for Hungary. We have been able to announce sales from day one, including an order for the first Hungarian based Tecnam P2006T Next-Generation twin’’ said András Schneider, CEO of Air Global. “We see the P2006T Next-Generation twin on particular as a real game changer. A twin for the price of a single, that burns significantly less fuel than many singles, yet offers the improved performance and safety of a second power plant, will enable us to offer a modern high performance twin trainer both for aspiring commercial pilots and for pilots wanting a new (or to renew a) multi-engine piston rating, all with flying at prices similar to many single engine aeroplanes’’
‘’I am delighted that Air Global are now established as our 50th worldwide dealer.’' said Paulo Pascale, Tecnam’s Managing Director. ‘’I am also especially pleased that in a such as a completive market as the Light Sport Aircraft field in particular, Tecnam were Air Global’s preferred choice to form an aeroplane dealership alliance for Hungary. We are now delivering over 300 Tecnam singles and off course the remarkable P2006T Next-Generation twin every year and I look forward to many of those being delivered to Hungarian customers. I wish the young and dynamic team at Air Global every success’’. |
